An innovative touch control system lets you manage both the refrigerator and freezer temperature with an intuitive digital thermostat. The readout can be viewed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. This unit includes an optional Sabbath mode setting to allow users to disable certain functions during periods of religious observance. Audible alarms sound if the door is left open for over a minute or if the temperature is not cold enough.
The upper refrigerator compartment includes one adjustable glass shelf for cleaner, spill-proof storage of small fresh food items. A large removable door rack offers additional storage ideal for condiments and beverages. An internal fan assures the compartment is cooled evenly from top to bottom. This section is designed to function at 36 to 43°F to store food and beverages.
The lower freezer compartment is equipped with a factory-installed icemaker that produces up to 5 lbs. of crescent ice cubes per day. No drain is required . The freezer operates between -11 and +11ºF. A half-sized glass shelf is included to help store small frozen meals or ice cream on the other side of the icemaker.
