Pricing/Refund Policy

Appliance prices vary and are based on current costs from manufacturers. As such, no price adjustments will be permitted after the invoice date. Bellingham Electric reserves the right to cancel any sale and issue a full refund at any time prior to delivery.

Return Policy

All returns of new merchandise for reasons other than service issues or damages must be made within 14 days and are subject to a 30% restocking charge and an additional delivery charge. If a minor service issue occurs with a new product within 14 days of delivery, we will not return the product without at least one completed service call to repair or adjust the issue. After 14 days, any returns for service or non repairable damage issues will be subject to approval by the manufacturer. All returns must be in clean condition and complete with all parts, accessories and paperwork. These items are also subject to an additional delivery charge. After items have been held for 30 days from the invoice date, any changes to the order will incur a 30% restocking fee for the unit(s) in question.

Installation Policy

We will only connect to braided stainless steel water lines in good condition, with an easily accessible shutoff in the same room at our discretion.

Rebate Policy

All rebates are solely the responsibility of the customer to submit by required cutoff dates and are not guaranteed by Bellingham Electric.
