Sears had to give us a replacement because they could not get the parts for our Kenmore dishwasher. This was the replacement. It works great! The dishes are always clean. The dishes and glassware are not wet when they come out.

We purchased this dishwasher in Sept 2018, a year and a half ago. We realized recently that it was leaking. I though it was the hoses at first, but after pulling out the bottom rack I discovered that the side wall had warped creating a large hole that leaks lots of water. I called customer service to ask about purchasing an extended warranty to cover the manufacturing defect, since the original warranty only covers one year. I was told that the manufacturing defect is a preexisting condition and will not be covered. I am furious! We purchased this dishwasher because we thought Electrolux was a good brand and would take care of its customers. I will never buy Electrolux again.

There was a back order on this product, but I am glad I waited. It™™s a quiet machine; for the first time I don™™t have to blast the tv while doing the dishes. Everything comes out clean and I never have to look at every dish before I put them away.

Because we use different dishes for milk meals and meat meals, we needed to have two dishwashers installed, and space was at a premium, so we chose two Electrolux 18" machines. We've now been using them for 8 months, and we're very happy with both their performance and their appearance. We would buy them again, and can recommend them wholeheartedly to others.

I bought this dishwasher a few months ago. It has all the features needed in a dishwasher. It cleans better than any dishwasher I've owned. I always scrape the dishes, but never scrub them. Egg and anything else stuck on cleans right off. Honestly, I've never had to reach a single item. One other thing I like is it's so quiet!

I own an old home - and only have room in my kitchen for an 18 inch dishwasher. The cost of it was ridiculous- but - the quality of this dishwasher as compared to the one I replaced it with is undisputed. I™™ve only had it for 2 months - but so far there has been no issues. Of course I would hope no issues at this point. Lol. It™™s quiet and cleans the dishes well - the quality of the racks is much better than the last one I had and the stainless steel cabinet is very durable. I would recommend purchasing this unit.

I underwent a kitchen remodel and rarely use a dishwasher. Basically it becomes a drying rack except for when entertaining. I decided to downsize from a 24 inch to an 18 inch dishwasher in order to have more cabinet space. It turned out beautiful! I shopped around and the Electrolux 18" dishwasher was the best looking and of course of the best quality. I ran the dishwasher and it is amazingly quiet!

18'Built-In Dishwasher with IQ-Touch™ Controls EIDW1805KS. First things first: it cleans the dishes well. We are using Cascade Platinum packs, Finish rinse, and 120 degree water. No leaks, electronic, or mechanical failures yet. The filters are easy to clean. The trays roll well. It does not seem to have any odor or discolorations. So far so good. There are 2 adults and an infant. Baby bottles and nipples come out clean. I wish the prongs were more flexible or configurable. We will rarely (never) have need for a setting for 8 to be washed. So having all those extra prongs just make it hard to put in all our 3 sets of dinner dishes, a pot, serving dish, and a pan.

I have had this 18™ dishwasher now for 4 weeks. It was professionally installed. The size is convenient for my smaller kitchen & is very sleek & modern. The hidden buttons are nice & easy to use. Cleans well & holds a surprising amount of dishes. Not SUPER quiet, but definitely on the lower end. My only complaint is that there seems to be no way to stop the wash cycle without just opening the door - and this sprays water everywhere! Am I the only one who always forgets that one stray cup? :-) It™™s a minor issue on an otherwise beautiful appliance.

We bought two 18" Electrolux dishwashers because this is one of only a few brands offering this space-saving option. They are quiet and efficient, with all features in larger machines. And they do a good job of getting dishes and flatware clean. Only negative is length of cycles compared with older machines (that used more water). We would recommend this machine to anyone who needs a narrow dishwasher.

This is a very nice little dishwasher. It is well constructed and seems to be very high quality. We have been using it for about 2 months now and have been really impressed with how well it cleans and how much we can fit in it. It is very quiet and looks quite attractive. We have had one small issue with the electronic control panel not responding after a power outage, but resetting the system seemed to fix that issue, hopefully we won't have any problems in the future.

Works great. Very quiet. Only drawback is that there are only 2 slots for bowls, and a million slots for dishes. end up using dish slots for bowls which is a waste of space. Other than that, it's a Godsend. Don't have to worry about doing dishes by hand anymore.

Only a single complaint.. The unit does not have an indicator led signalling that the wash/dry cycle is underway.. Listen carefully and you can tell that it is in the wash cycle but as far a the dry cycle it is totally silent.. Open the door prematurely before the dry cycle is complete you must remember to press the start button to continue the drying cycle.. Of course when all cycles have completed there is a blue led indicator projected on the floor.. This simple little deleted/forgotten feature caused me to deduct 1-star from this excellent dishwasher..

We bought this machine as a replacement for a cheaper unit from another manufacturer that broke. I love all the functions bout it easy to use the notification blue light that shines on the floor once the cycle is done is wonderful for nobody has to figure out how or when it's done. It is the quietest dishwasher we have ever had. I highly recommend this product

I am very pleased with our new Electrolux 18" built-in dishwasher. We just got done remodeling our condo which previously did not have a dishwasher, so I rearranged our cabinets to fit a 18" dishwasher. I found this unit and had to have it. It has great features, works great, is extremely quiet, and a very clean look. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to my friends.

I bought the dish washer a few months ago. First one leaked at the right rear corner. Tub was crushed in at the factory because there was no damage to the shipping box. Two weeks later got a replacement, no leaks. First thing I noticed was when you pull out the bottom drawer, it hits the washer door, a design flaw but still annoying. It also does not dry dishes worth a darn but for the price of this washer it should not have any flaws. As far as washing dishes, it is the best dish washer I have ever owned, dishes come out spotless every time. If it dried dishes better it would be perfect.

Let me be clear, I absolutely love this dishwasher! This is our 2nd model, as we remodeled a kitchen in the last house we sold and had this unit as well. It cleans dishes surprisingly without much of a rise or clean before hand. Also it is amazing quiet! At times I'm not even sure if it's running. I love the blue indicator light telling me it's done running as well. It can also fit quite a bit of dishes as well. My only complaint is that when we received it, an internal screw to the outside handle was broken. We had to hire a contractor to tear it apart and replace the screw. Which is pretty annoying since we spent close to 1k on the dishwasher, and just because of that I feel like I can only give it 3 stars. If you spend this much money on a product it should be pretty well quality controlled. We were told by the contractor that it was not damaged while shipping as it was a broke screw in the internal unit.

Owned this for 3 1/2 months now. Well worth the price. Surprisingly it holds more dishes than I thought it would. So quite sometimes I need to be sure it's running. Very nice appearance and very sturdy and I especially like the blue indicator light when it finishes a cycle. Very happy with it. Excellent Quality!

We had our small kitchen renovated and with new cabinet type we could only install an 18 inch dishwasher. It cleans dishes, cups, utensils, etc. beautifully. (Although we can, we never place any cooking pots in dishwasher.) We found that when it is in operation, it is fairly quiet. We used to have a 24 inch dishwasher; therefore, have to get used to arranging items in a smaller space. However, it fits a good amount of items. We have been using it for about a month and we are very pleased with this dishwasher.

This has been a very good dishwasher. Not sure if it was factory issue or shipping issue that the handle arrived broken - it was not connected all the way to the dishwasher door front. We did call Electrolux and they sent out a repair person right away which is why the Excellent review. All problems solved in a timely manner. This little dishwasher is great for a small space.

This little washer is definitely worth it...if you're looking to save on space this dishwasher is it! It's super quiet...the quietest I've ever experienced and cleans dishes, pots and pans just as good as a regular sized washer. I'm beyond happy with my purchase! Now I just need a matching fridge.

We bought very old farm house which had a challenging kitchen layout. There had never been a dishwasher in the house before! I was able to rearrange some of the 1940's metal kitchen cabinets and make a perfect space for our new dishwasher. I larger size would have never fit. The same r size seems to be able to handle the job for our family of four. They blue circle on the floor is cool too.
