So far so good! I was hesitant about this purchase because of some of the bad reviews, but I use it everyday and it picks up all the pet hair and dust bunnies super easy. Grabs crumbs without an issue. I don™™t really use it on my carpets, so can™™t really say if it works well in those. I do use it on high, never low. I feel like high should be the standard and then maybe turbo, low seems like it wouldn™™t pick up much so I don™™t use it.

As I've only had it for a week, I don't know everything about it. But, so far it's been a great experience. This vacuum is pretty powerful, lightweight, and very convenient to use. I wished I had purchased this years ago! I will continue to use this vacuum and NOT my other two corded vacuums. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who would like a cordless vacuum that is incredibly easy to use and powerful enough to do the job!!

Within a few hours of assembling the WellQ7, it was all charged up. I used to the vacuum, then the hand tool for corners, then the hand tool with the pet attachment for my upholstery. I love how the filtration collects the dust and separates it from pet hair and debris. This makes emptying the canister so much better compared to a standard vacuum because the WellQ7 doesn't create a dust cloud when I empty it. Its awesome and I love this vacuum for making my house cleaner and my life easier.

I received my Electrolux WellQ7 Pet Vacuum a couple weeks ago. It is a stick style vacuum with a handheld vacuum incorporated into the design. It has proved to be exactly what I wanted in a vacuum; it is light (6 lbs) and is easy to carry up and down stairs. I have cats and need a vacuum for the steps.as well as vacuuming the floors throughout the house. I use it on area rugs, hardwoods and tile floors. It does a great job picking up dirt, fur, litter, etc. The dirt collection cup is easy to use and holds a lot of dirt. I've had my share of big heavy vacuums and I cannot manage them physically anymore. This is so convenient, light, easy to use, I just love using it! I use the low setting for most cleaning which lasts over 45 minutes before recharging is needed. I use the high setting which is great on carpet. It's charge time is less than the low setting. The charging station is easy to load the vacuum on. The pet furniture cleaning attachment works great on removing hair from various fabrics easily.

Overall a good vacuum.Pros: Easy to handle and good weight balance (not top heavy). Powerful suction. Very compact storage. Love how it can convert to a handheld very easily. Love how the power brush has a button to cut tangled hair. Easy to dump the dust compartment.Cons: Narrow brush head. Only lasts 15 mins or less when running at full power. One of the attachments is kept on the charging base instead of onboard the vacuum.

This vacuum is so handy as it is always available, charged, and ready to go. I love the swivel head as it goes around furniture easily. When disconnected from the stick the hand held is powerful and does an excellent job on cleaning hair from furniture. The only thing I dislike is having to empty contents so often but I realize the container can only be so large for this type of equipment. Overall, I love it!!!

I have terrible hands and this is a God send. Light and maneuverable. I owned a Dyson before this new one and as amazing as it is the whole have to keep pushing the ON button is too much for me. My house has never been so clean. The ease with which I can use this vacuum, and the great suction on the handheld piece is supreme. I will be using this in my car, and in my home. It reaches cobwebs and hard to reach areas up and down! The burden of a cord is gone. Clear signals about charging status. Simple, elegant profile and, did I mention, ease of use. We're very pleased with this vacuum. It's easy to use and effective. I especially like the extended arm accessary. We purchased it for hard surfaces, where it works well. It reaches into cramped areas like the base of appliances and toe boards. I've been surprised at how well it also works on carpeting.

I finally decided it was time to replace my Electrolux vacuum that I have had for almost 30 years. I used this vacuum for the first time today and was very disappointed. Definitely not the ELectrolux quality of 30 years ago. This should not be marketed as a pet product at all. WIthin 2 minutes of vacuuming one 3x5 carpeted area the hose was completely clogged as it's much too small to be sucking up pet hair. You also have to stop every few minutes to empty the canister. You can't even get through one room. Total waste of my money and I am going to try to return it.

Wow! Well thought out handheld and small cordless vacuum. Very low profile. I was looking to update my upright Electrolux from 2000 and disappointed to not be able to find a traditional vacuum on the site however this is a great supplement to our shark auto vac and our traditional vac. Easy to grab and the two attachments are incredibly amazing. Easy to empty. I won™™t be reaching for my dust buster anymore. The telescoping attachment cleaned up the cobwebs and baseboards in moments. We have birds and it was easy to clean around the paper. Cleans the stairs quickly - no need to use the broom on the stairs. Maybe no true need for a broom in general. Easy to dust around things quickly. I had a problem with the unit kept turning off unexpectedly until I realized the telescoping tool needed cleaned out. Easy fix. Highly recommend and wish I could just buy one for everyone. Clean up is no longer a chore.

I am very disappointed in this vacuum. I ordered online and it worked for about a week, the. It kept shutting off literally every 29 seconds. Called to replace and customer service finally sent me a replacement form after 3 weeks. Not thrilled with this brand anymore. It used to be so lux and high end. I feel it has gone down in quality.

I am so glad I upgraded from my Ergorapido, which was at the end of its battery life.This vacuum is so handy and easy to use. The pet nozzle works better that any other vacuum I™™ve used to remove Golden Retriever hair from our fuzzy upholstery. I am amazed at how much fine dust it captures. I love the washable filter. I only wish it was wall-mountable, like the Ergorapido.
