This unit cools my whole downstairs area as well as the upstairs hall.Putting together was a bit of a challenge as instructions aren't as forthcoming as they could have been. (part # should coincide with directions on assembly) Other than that, this unit is amazing and am happy with it.

Bought in August 2022 and used very little in 2022 and part of 2023 when control board went out and there is absolutely no recourse. Replacement parts are not available. Live chat was useless and spent 37 minutes on hold before hanging up! Cost new was $823 and it took nearly three months to get the air conditioner and for $823 used it less than six total months. I wouldnt own another Frigidaire appliance for any price or reason and I intend to share this experience.

It probably should be 5 stars. I have a brand new one. Anyway, have had 4 Frigidaire window air conditioners and they all performed excellent. Like any AC they need attention. I learned that the hard way & lost 1 in 5 years. It runs but it's filthy, my fault, it may come back after being cleaned! I have a 110 in my office and it cools entire 800sq ft. cabin! Frig keeps delivering I'll keep using. Nothing better value for performance.

The AC was a replacement for another Frigidaire 25000 btu that had died after 13 years of service. And needed one that was an exact match to the unit I had demensions wise. This was a perfect model and fit.And was a very easy to install as well and the product is a great fit and have no problems

Bought this unit for my garage to keep me comfortable and my dogs. My Garage is insulated and so are the doors. Since we have had a warm Summer over 100 everyday. This unit keeps my garage in the low eighty™™s in the day and seventy™™s at night. This AC exceeded my expectations.It is quite inside but outside it does make some noise but does not bother me.

I replaced a Frigidaire window air conditioner that I had used to cool my entire upstairs with this newer model. The controls are different from the older one but this unit works just as good as the older one. Looking forward to many years of good service as I received from the old one.

The air conditioner I purchased was installed in my wall instead of my window. After my unit was installed and trimmed out it looks nice. It appears to be running efficiently so far. The remote control that it came with is perfect because my unit is very high. The installation to do what was necessary for my home was a little costly but hopefully it will run smoothly for many years to come. Insurance was offered so I did buy that too just in case there were any problems. Insurance will give me more security. Love it so far. After my installation I™™m hoping that I will be able to enjoy my air conditioner for many many years.

compressor went out a month after purchase. was told a tech. would be calling me for an appointment within 24 hours. Never happened. Called again now saying 3 to 5 business days. its 107 and hard to work inside without air.
