Awful design/ Warranty not good

Bought 3 month ago, paid for warranty, want to replace it , discontinued unit, with same unit, bad design contractor says correct installation, water blowing all in my house and outside, bad design, can™™t get sharon at corporate to return my calls. Otherwise the unit is exfcellent if i drill holes in the bottom for water to drain. The reviews I saw, say the same thing I attached a video. I hate it because I like Frigidaire products but bad warranty through Electrolux

Relief from the heat!

We bought this model of air conditioner a couple years ago and it gave up on us. Luckily, the compressor was still under warranty and we got a replacement unit. It took a couple of weeks to get here and it was HOT!!!. But I have no complaints about the unit or customer service.
