Ordered this back In September the control board went out and leaking, tried getting service here called 5 times and gave me different answers. So i had to order a new dishwasher for my resident.

I like this dishwasher but am not in love with it. I got it to replace my 22 year old Frigidaire dishwasher that finally died. I loved it, but this one I don't. My biggest gripe is there's no way to see where in the cycle it is when it's running as you just have buttons to set the start but no knob that shows where in the cycle you are. You have no idea how much longer it has to run & it's a very long cycle from start to finish. The buttons don't work well starting & stopping the machine either.

there are several things I like which I discovered during the installation of my dishwasher. the bottom legs are well built and strong. the leveling feet are easy to adjust compared to my old unit. the power lead is better having to plug into a socket. Also the width of the unit is very uniform (even tho I had to trim the cabinet for it to fit. quietness was suppose to be over the 50% range of dishwashers and I think it is quieter than I think it is rated.

Purchased 6/15 Had installed by plumber he ran a test load. We ran one load . Next day tried to run a load an could not close door It would not latch. Had to contact Frigidaire to get a repairman to come and am still waiting for him. So almost 3 weeks now and no dishwasher, not happy. Don't buy this model.

This dishwasher works well, dishes are clean and dry. We are pleased that it is relatively quiet. Overall it's seems to be a good dishwasher. This is the second Frigidaire dishwasher we have purchased.

Within the first month, we had the latch fail and get stuck in the closed position. We found a method using a small loop to pull the latch into the open position so we don't have to disassemble the door to open it. It has continued to get worse and now we cannot open the door and have the latch end up in the open position. Frustrating and disappointing. Also the rack has already started to rust and the top rack has stuck while trying to close since day one. The plastic wheels get stuck on the metal track and it needs to be pushed very hard to get it to close. Very disappointed overall.

I do not need an iDishwasher. I do not need to communicate with my dishwasher from my iPhone or an app. I don™™t need a dishwasher that answers the mail, dices onions for stir fry, reviews Netflix programs, calculates interest rates, or takes the kids to school. I need a dishwasher that washes dishes. I don™™t need a dishwasher with 20 options for all the crystal and fine china that I don™™t own. I need a dishwasher that washes dishes. I am not flying my dishwasher to Europe. I don™™t need a control panel that has two or more computers in it. This nice machine washes my dishes and makes them clean. I am delighted with it.

I bought this dishwasher and within 6 months the top rack had broken, and I had to have it replaced. Guess what-- not covered by 1year warranty! It cleans dishes fine, but wish I would've spent that extra $160 on a nicer model rather than repairing a relatively new one.

My dishwasher arrived and ran perfectly while the installer was her. The moment it was filled the top rack feel out. I could see it was not attached to rollers. Attached them myself only to have it fall out again. Very poor quality and workmanship.

The dishwasher washes great. Took about a month to get new smell out. Only issue is top rack comes unattached from the side rails. Seems to not support a lit of weight on top shelf. I have had to put shelf side rods into holder on sliding track many times.

Never ever, ever will I buy a product from fridgidaire again. We purchased this dishwasher (model # FFCD2413US4A) from Lowes and not even 3 months later, the latch stopped latching. Frigidaire sent someone to fix it and the repair guy warned me that its super common and they are 100% junk. Sure enough, 3 months more pass and again, randomly the latch stopped working again. Frigidaires response was that they will continue to fix it for 12 months but then I have to pay out of pocket, which is crazy to me since its the dishwasher and not the user. Lowes cannot refund it either or do anything. For it breaking as often as it has, and it doesn't wash dishes well at all, I wish I'd have saved our money and bought a different brand. Save yourself the time and money. At this rate I will be paying for repairs every 3 months. Lesson learned

All is well......the one thing giving us trouble is the start button. It seems to be hard to start the wash the machine. Sometimes it takes 6 touches for it to activate . Very frustrating.

The racks didn't last 3 months they were bubbled and rusted out and the top rack literally fell off the rollers. I have had dishwashers for 38 years and never had trouble with any before. They just told me that it was from the knives, but the knives don't go into the rollers. No warranty just buy more racks. I will not waste my money on Frigidaire

I've had only few dishwashers in my life but this one is the quietest i've ever owned. I had to settle for a this one since i couldn't afford anything quieter but was surprised at how quiet it was. Even in the process of remodeling my kitchen with the side panel off my cabinet, its still the quietest Dishwasher i've ever owned!

The unit is not dry completely I called and asked for help they told me cause after 30 minutes I had done that twice and it still did not work there™™s a problem I think with the door being sealed and more she still going in there and then when he dries that water on the dishes and on all of the glasses.

All was ok, but the top rack arrived very loose and the wheels on the track were rubbing and was leaving pieces of plastic in the bottom of the dishwasher. We called the place of purchase, they called in for new parts. When new parts arrived, they sent someone to come and repair the problem. Top tray pulls out smoother.

I wish I had my Kenmore back. If I had known how bad the new dishwashers are I would have had my Kenmore repaired. This one doesn™™t even dry the inside of the dishwasher let alone the dishes. Awful product. Will never buy anything Frigidaire product again.

Looks cheap. Feels cheap (all plastic). I rinse all my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and the motor (not the pump) went out in 14 months! For $600 I thought it would last longer.

Worst experience, have written and written about this product purchased at Lowes, Stripped water inlet valve. Ordered new part, shipping over $30 plus more than the part, motor not working , repair man ordered new one then came to install said nothing wrong , motor must have been stuck. No heat dry. This was brand new in box, I think it was a return put back on floor and resold. But haven't written to u before thru mail and e mail. No response from you at all
